Grades are based upon your effort and mastery in
participation via reports and online activities. These may be completed to 100%.
daily assignments: vocabulary, questions, exercises. These may be corrected to 100%
examination via tests, quizzes and handouts. These may be repeated for grade improvement.
Please note, a grade of A+ means spending time above and beyond the daily assignments.
To help you master the material necessary to earn an A+:
read the story for each chapter aloud at least three times,
read all grammar and culture lessons in the textbook aloud,
test yourself with any flashcards you have made, and
visit the Prentice Hall and ECCE ROMANI web sites for 15 minutes daily.
Grading: Mastery is our goal.
